Job summary

Gen is building AI-driven customer growth and lifecycle personalization across a global consumer portfolio. We seek a hands-on AI/ML Engineer who frames business problems, builds models, designs experiments, and partners with engineering and product teams to bring models into production.

You will own end-to-end ML initiatives, focus on recommender systems and uplift modeling, and contribute to scalable ML workflows that improve retention and revenue.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of applied machine learning/ML engineering experience.
• Experience with large-scale behavioral, transactional, or customer data.
• Experience designing experiments and measuring incrementality.
• Experience deploying production ML systems and MLOps workflows.
• Specialization in personalization, recommendation, or contextual bandits is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead applied machine learning initiatives end-to-end from data prep to production.
• Design and run A/B tests and measure business impact.
• Develop propensity, uplift, ranking, and recommender models.
• Collaborate with ML infra, data engineering, product, and analytics teams.
• Build scalable ML pipelines and monitoring for production.
