Job summary

Drawbridge in San Francisco is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to design and deploy advanced AI/ML solutions in the area of process intelligence. You will craft production-ready models, work with large datasets and LLMs, and shape agentic AI systems in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The role is 100% onsite, five days a week, with visa transfer options (OPT or H-1B). A competitive salary range is offered, and you will mentor junior engineers while driving production deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of AI/ML engineering experience.
• Proficient in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Experience with LLMs and agentic AI.
• Must be in-office 5 days/week in San Francisco (hard requirement).
• Open to visa transfers (OPT, H-1B transfer). No new sponsorship.
