Job summary

Ciklum is seeking a Senior AI/Machine Learning Engineer to join our US team on a full‑time basis. You will build and ship LLM-powered agents and workflows on the platform’s templates, ensuring production readiness with eval suites and guardrails.

You’ll integrate with internal data sources and partner with business users to iterate quickly within bounded scopes. Ideal candidates have extensive software engineering experience with Python and TypeScript, and a proven ability to design robust APIs

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2.5+ years building LLM applications in production (agents, RAG, tool use).
• Strong Python and TypeScript skills and API craftsmanship.
• Ability to write LLM evals as part of development.

Responsibilities

• Builds the agents, models, and integrations on the platform's templates — the hands that turn use cases into production systems.
• Write and run evals for everything built; no system ships without passing its suite.
• Integrate with GoodRx systems and data sources; instrument for cost and quality telemetry
• Pair with business users to iterate quickly inside bounded scopes
