Job summary

Adobe seeks a Senior AI/ML Engineer to build and broaden fraud and abuse detection systems. You will own signals, modeling, and production deployment, applying ML, LLMs, and AI agents to strengthen real-time risk decisions.

You will work across data, backend systems, and risk teams to deliver production-ready capabilities at scale in a hybrid California office, with 3 days in person. You will need 8+ years of production ML experience, strong Python/SQL, and a track record solving adversarial

Qualifications

• 8+ years building and operating production ML systems in fraud, abuse, risk, or related domains.
• Strong Python and SQL skills with experience in PyTorch or similar ML frameworks.
• Experience taking ML solutions from feature engineering to production deployment and monitoring.
• Solid software/data engineering capabilities across ML, backend, and data infra.
• Experience using LLMs or AI agents for detection or abuse use cases.
• Bachelor's or higher in CS/Stats/Math or related; advanced degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy high-precision ML models for fraud and abuse detection, anomaly detection, and risk scoring.
• Engineer risk signals from large-scale account, device, network, behavioral, velocity, and session data.
• Integrate ML/AI features into real-time risk decisioning and automated enforcement systems.
• Apply LLMs and AI agents to expand detection, investigation, and classification capabilities.
• Translate emerging attack patterns and relevant research into new models, signals, and mitigations.
• Evaluate solutions across accuracy, latency, cost, and customer impact.
• Own model evaluation, monitoring, and drift as attacker behavior evolves.
• Partner across engineering, product, and risk teams to ship production-ready capabilities.
