Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Senior Principal AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and productionize AI and ML systems powering enterprise intelligence. You will own end-to-end delivery, from knowledge graph design to fine-tuning models and deploying MLOps pipelines.

You will work on agentic workflows, enterprise knowledge graphs, and AI-driven insights while collaborating with product and business stakeholders to deliver measurable client value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional AI/ML engineering experience.
• Proven production deployments of AI/ML systems.
• Experience collaborating with product managers or business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, train, evaluate, and deploy ML models for predictive analytics and classification.
• Build and optimize knowledge graphs, ontologies, and related data schemas.
• Develop and maintain MLOps pipelines with reproducibility and CI/CD.
• Architect and fine-tune LLM-powered agents and RAG pipelines.
