Qualifications

• Master's degree in Statistics, Engineering, Sciences, or related quantitative discipline.
• 4 years of experience using analytics to solve product or business problems, coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL), querying databases or statistical analysis.
• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, ML, or related quantitative field.
• 5 years of experience in data science with focus on ML/NLP for developing and deploying AI/ML solutions.
• Experience programming in Python with ML/AI libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Hugging Face).

Responsibilities

• Drive customer success at scale by developing predictive, personalized, and proactive customer support solutions.
• Lead end-to-end development and deployment of advanced AI/ML solutions, with emphasis on Large Language Models and AI agents.
• Implement evaluation frameworks and metrics for LLMs and AI agents (task completion rate, reasoning quality).
• Monitor and maintain deployed LLM and AI agent solutions in production, tracking KPIs and model drift.
• Identify AI/ML opportunities by translating business needs into technical requirements and researching advances in LLMs and generative AI.
