Job summary

VT Group (VTG) is looking for an experienced Staff II/III AI/ML Engineer to lead AI solutions for critical initiatives in northern Virginia. You will design, develop, and deploy advanced AI systems while collaborating with various stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of experience in AI/ML and software engineering, with strong skills in programming and AI evaluation methodologies. A Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required, with prefered qualifications including a Master's or PhD.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in AI, ML, software engineering, or related fields.
• Strong programming experience in Python and familiarity with big data.
• Experience implementing MLOps pipelines and AI operational frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement advanced AI/ML solutions.
• Lead the end-to-end AI lifecycle including model deployment.
• Establish and implement AI governance frameworks.
