Weeghman & Briggs is seeking a Senior AI/ML Analyst to support government initiatives in Huntsville, AL. This on-site role requires TS/SCI clearance and a strong background in AI/ML analysis, modeling, and defense-related applications.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure security and contract compliance, and translate requirements into actionable AI solutions for mission-critical systems.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting government or DoD programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of AI/ML analysis, model evaluation, adversarial AI, statistical analysis, mathematical modeling, simulation, and technical intelligence writing.

Responsibilities

• Support mission-critical programs in secure government environments.
• Analyze requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
• Ensure compliance with contract and security standards.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and performance.
• Analyze AI/ML systems and subsystems used on weapons platforms.
• Identify uses, vulnerabilities, limitations, performance, accuracy, and robustness.
• Develop mathematical models and simulations of AI behavior.
