You will define technical direction for multi-agent systems, architect scalable serving, and mentor engineers across regions. This role demands strong ML fundamentals and hands-on LLM experience to ship production systems.

Qualifications

• BS, MS or PhD in Computer Science, ML, or a related field.
• 6+ years building and shipping ML systems, with 3+ years hands-on with LLMs in production.
• Strong Python and PyTorch fundamentals; API design and testing.
• Experience with multi-agent systems and production-grade ML tooling.
• Leadership: mentoring engineers and defining design docs.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead multi-agent systems including planning and memory.
• Own path from prototype to production: containerization, guardrails, scalable serving.
• Define evaluation strategy: offline/online harnesses, CI/CD eval gates.
• Lead instrumentation and observability: tracing and scoring loops.
• Mentor junior engineers and set engineering standards.
