Job summary

DCS Corp is seeking a highly skilled MBSE engineer to support NASIC efforts in Dayton, OH. You will design and maintain model-based systems, build AI/ML pipelines, and collaborate with SMEs to improve data consistency and analytic workflows.

The role requires leadership of junior engineers, strong problem-solving, and effective communication. DoD clearance and a relevant engineering degree are required for this senior position.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in a core engineering discipline with 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Master’s degree and/or professional certifications (OCSMP, INCOSE CSEP, PMP) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in MBSE pipeline development for NASIC analytical teams.
• Create system reference models and perform system analysis.
• Lead junior MBSE engineers and write analytical briefs.
• Provide independent and team-based design and implementation contributions.
