The Role

We’re hiring a Senior AI-Led Graphic & Motion Designer to lead AI-assisted creative design across Amazon listings, A+ Content, and advertising. This role blends advanced graphic design, image generation, image-to-video creation, and motion graphics, working closely with leadership to define how AI is used inside a modern e-commerce brand.

This is a hands-on role for someone who actively experiments, learns, and evolves with AI, not someone following static design playbooks.

What You’ll Do

• Lead design for Amazon marketplace creative: lifestyle images, infographics, A+ Content, storefronts, and ad assets
• Generate imagery using ChatGPT (image generation), Google Gemini, and other top AI image-generation platforms
• Create motion and video assets using image-to-video AI tools such as Google Veo, Kling AI, Runway, Pika, Luma, and other emerging generation platforms
• Refine and finish assets using After Effects, CapCut, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Build, maintain, and continuously improve AI-assisted creative workflows, testing new tools, models, and techniques
• Stay on the cutting edge of AI-driven design, proactively bringing new capabilities and workflows into the organization

Must-Have Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of professional design experience, ideally in e-commerce or performance-driven environments
• Portfolio featuring cutting-edge digital work and motion/video assets
• Strong hands-on experience with AI image generation (ChatGPT, Gemini, or comparable platforms)
• Proven experience with image-to-video generation tools (Veo, Kling, Sora, etc.)
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud + Canva
• Motion/video editing experience using After Effects and CapCut
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving, high-output environment

Nice-to-Haves

• Basic Excel and Word skills
