Mirantis, Inc. seeks a Senior Solutions Architect with deep security expertise to own the security solutioning of k0rdent AI on the Voyager team within the Office of the CTO.

You will craft end-to-end security across hardware, hosts, VM/Kubernetes, networks, and data, turning designs into reference architectures, code, and PoCs that run on real hardware with customers. Responsibilities

• Design and publish security reference architectures and designs for k0rdent AI.
• Define a defence‑in‑depth model across the stack from hardware to apps.
• Define tenant isolation boundaries and their guarantees with cost data.
• Map designs to controls and frameworks with defensible reasoning for customers.
• Ensure bare‑metal/host security with secure boot, TPM attestation, and hardened Linux hosts.
• Harden VM security: hypervisor, KubeVirt, VM isolation, PCI passthrough/SR‑IOV.
• Secure Kubernetes: RBAC, Pod Security Standards, admission control, policy‑as‑code.
• Manage secrets: secret stores, KMS, envelope encryption, rotation.
• Manage PKI: internal CAs, automated issuance and rotation, mTLS.
• Secure network: segmentation, zero‑trust, network policy, tenant isolation.
• Secure storage: encryption, key management, tenant isolation for data.
• Secure cloud: landing zones, IAM, network controls in multi‑cloud/hybrid.
• Protect AI models: provenance, signing, data integrity, secure registries.
• Protect inference services and apps against prompts, exfiltration and model theft.
• Isolate shared GPU infra and explore confidential computing options.
• Secure software supply chain: image signing, SBOMs, vulnerability management.
