Job summary

Google Cloud is seeking a Field Solutions Architect IV for AI Infrastructure to drive AI accelerator adoption and customer deployment strategies. Responsibilities include guiding network topology discussions, provisioning compute and storage, and supporting on-site facility work.

You will partner with engineering teams to remove roadblocks and shape platform roadmaps while engaging customers in migration plans and cost-performance tradeoffs. Strong technical leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience with data center technologies, solutions and their deployment.
• Experience with data center networking including routing, switching, DNS, IP addressing; compute and storage concepts; and power, cooling, procedures.
• Experience with AI model training and inference, deploying OSS frameworks such as PyTorch, Jax, etc., and optimizing performance vs costs.
• Experience with scripting and coding in Python, YAML, and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them design training and inferencing platforms with AI accelerators.
• Demonstrate Google Cloud differentiation by profiling, benchmarking, and proofs of concept.
• Assist in production deployment of Google Cloud accelerators and troubleshoot integration with compute, networking, and storage.
• Build repeatable assets to enable customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with the AI Infrastructure Team to scale ML techniques and influence platform capabilities.
