Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation in Santa Clara is seeking an NCX Senior Engineer to join the DSX team, collaborating with strategic customers to implement and optimize AI workloads. You will deliver hands-on technical assistance for advanced AI deployments and scalable distributed systems.

Qualifications

8+ years in customer-facing technical roles (Solutions Eng., DevOps, SRE, or ML Infra).
Strong Linux and distributed systems expertise; Kubernetes in multi-tenant environments.
Hands-on experience with AI/ML workloads (training/inference) in production.

Responsibilities

Develop solutions that advance AI infrastructure capabilities for strategic customers.
Build and deploy AI solutions on NVIDIA platforms including distributed training and MLOps pipelines.
Serve as main technical contact for NCP, provide remote and on-site support, troubleshoot production issues.
Profile and tune large-scale training/inference workloads, implement observability and SLO/SLA monitoring.
Create implementation guides and runbooks documenting standard NVIDIA methodologies.
