Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced AI Infrastructure Engineer to design and operate accelerated computing infrastructure across on‑prem and cloud. You will deploy GPU clusters, manage scheduling with Kubernetes, and automate provisioning, monitoring, and governance to support AI training and inference at scale.

Travel may be required; strong expertise with NVIDIA tools, Terraform, and Python is highly valued. This role is based in Minnesota with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years designing, deploying, and managing accelerated‑computing infrastructure across on‑premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Minimum of 5+ years hands‑on experience with accelerated‑computing platforms including GPUs, DPUs, CPUs, high‑bandwidth networks, and AI storage architectures.
• Minimum of 5+ years of cluster management, workload scheduling, orchestration, observability, and automation (Kubernetes, Slurm, Run:ai).
• Minimum 6 months hands‑on experience with Claude Code, AI automation tools, Terraform, Ansible, Python, and Bash scripting.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement accelerated‑computing infrastructure solutions aligned to architecture, roadmaps, performance, scalability, resiliency, and governance.
• Deploy, configure, and operate GPU clusters across bare‑metal and containerized environments using schedulers and Kubernetes for AI workloads.
• Integrate infrastructure platforms with enterprise data, security, and governance controls; produce runbooks and docs.
• Build reusable tools, scripts, and automation workflows for provisioning, config management, validation, and monitoring.
• Establish repeatable processes for cluster provisioning, patching, capacity planning, and incident response.
• Benchmark and diagnose performance across multi‑node AI training and inference workloads; validate efficiency and cost‑control.
• Maintain architecture diagrams, baselines, and support documentation; provide guidance and troubleshooting for GPU clusters.
