Job summary

Posh is seeking a Senior AI Implementation Manager to lead complex client deployments of our conversational AI platform for financial institutions. You will define strategy, sequence workstreams, and guide cross-functional teams to successful, on-time rollouts for credit unions and community banks.

In this role, you’ll manage risks, align stakeholders at all levels, and refine solution approaches with engineering and product teams.

Qualifications

• PMP certification and/or MBA strongly preferred.
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional, client-facing projects.
• Strong technical aptitude; comfortable with APIs, integrations, and system configurations.
• Experience with conversational AI, IVR, or contact center tech a plus.
• Prior experience with financial institutions (credit unions, community banks) preferred.
• Ability to influence without authority and align diverse teams.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to operate autonomously in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex client implementations end-to-end with defined strategy and execution.
• Identify risks early and drive mitigation plans.
• Align client and internal stakeholders across levels; partner with technical, product, and client success teams.
• Influence implementation approaches and act as escalation point for complex challenges.
• Design and refine solutions with engineering teams, including configurations and edge cases.
• Improve efficiency, develop robust test cases, and ensure smooth handoffs.
• Ensure deployments meet banking workflows, compliance, and UX needs, advising best practices.
• Mentor and support other Implementation Managers.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, tooling, and documentation.
