Qualifications

• MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of relevant work or research experience in software engineering and performance tuning.
• Proficiency in C/C++ with strong algorithms and software development fundamentals.
• Background in accelerated computing with parallel programming and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with low-level performance optimizations.
• Foundational understanding of modern CPU and GPU architectures.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop cutting-edge techniques to GPU-accelerate complex workloads across generative AI, DL/ML, and multimodal domains.
• Work with key developers to optimize generative AI training and inference on the NVIDIA platform; build and optimize algorithms and libraries.
• Collaborate with industry and academia to analyze and optimize AI algorithms on CPU/GPU architectures.
• Help shape the design of next-generation hardware, system software, libraries, and programming models through cross-team collaboration.
• Share optimization techniques by publishing in developer blogs and presenting at conferences.
