Ampcus Inc. is seeking an experienced AI Full-Stack Engineer in Chantilly, VA, onsite. You will design, build, and deploy scalable AI-enabled applications integrating LLMs, RAG architectures, and vector-based knowledge retrieval.

Qualifikationen

• BS degree in CS, Eng, IT or related field.
• 7+ years in full-stack dev; 3+ years in Generative AI/Agentic AI.
• Hands-on with building and deploying LLM-powered apps.
• Experience with RAG architectures and knowledge retrieval.
• Experience with LangChain/LangGraph/Semantic Kernel/AutoGen or similar.
• Experience with vector databases and semantic search.
• Experience developing AI agents and orchestration frameworks.
• Experience designing MCP servers/connectors for AI integration.
• Experience with AWS AI/ML services and cloud deployments.
• Strong AWS architecture, deployment and ops.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Frontend: React/Angular/Vue; Backend: Python/Node/Java.
• Experience with REST, GraphQL, and microservices.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (Copilot, etc).
• CI/CD and DevOps best practices.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, AI governance, responsible AI.
• Observability/monitoring/telemetry experience.

• Design RAG architectures and optimize prompts, model interactions, retrieval strategies.
• Design autonomous agent-based workflows that orchestrate services and support decision-making.
• Build AI agents that interact with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
• Implement multi-step reasoning, planning, and workflow automation.
• Build semantic search and vector-based retrieval capabilities.
• Work with vector databases and search platforms.
• Develop pipelines for document ingestion, embedding generation, indexing, and semantic retrieval.
• Design, develop, and deploy MCP servers and services for secure AI-to-enterprise integration.
• Build reusable MCP-enabled connectors for contextual access to enterprise systems.
• Leverage AI-powered development tools to boost engineering productivity.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Support infrastructure automation using IaC and cloud-native DevOps services.
