Qualifications

• 8–10 years of hands‑on software development experience.
• 8+ years with Java, Python, or similar languages and frameworks.
• 3+ years building backend services and RESTful APIs.
• Experience integrating AI/ML into data pipelines and migrations.
• Strong Kafka experience: install, configure, and develop applications.
• Knowledge of data streaming, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems.
• Experience with APIs, microservices, containers, serverless, and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data-transfer and migration solutions for OLTP systems.
• Leverage AI/ML to automate data reconciliation and identify inconsistencies.
• Develop scalable backend services, APIs, and event-driven components.
• Build reliable data-streaming and integration using Apache Kafka.
• Collaborate with architecture, security, networking, platform, and application teams.
