Job summary

Acunor is seeking a hands-on Senior AI Full-Stack Engineer to lead the migration of an enterprise RAG platform from Microsoft Semantic Kernel to Microsoft Agent Framework. The role requires strong Python and Django development and hands-on Azure AI experience.

The engineer will migrate plugins, build AI orchestration, deploy on OpenShift, and implement observability, with CI/CD and DevSecOps involvement. Hybrid model with 2–3 days onsite in Dallas.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Microsoft Semantic Kernel experience.
• Hands-on Microsoft Agent Framework experience with agents/workflows.
• Strong Python and Django development.
• Azure AI Search and Azure OpenAI, RAG and embeddings.
• Experience with Agentic AI, function calling and AI orchestration.
• Docker/OpenShift or similar container platforms.

Responsibilities

• Migrate Semantic Kernel plugins, planners, function calling, prompts, memory, and agents to Microsoft Agent Framework agents/workflows.
• Develop and enhance the AI orchestration layer using Python/Django.
• Build and maintain enterprise RAG solutions using Azure AI Search and Azure OpenAI.
• Maintain retrieval, reranking, prompt assembly, citations, APIs, RBAC, and permissions during migration.
• Deploy containerized AI services on OpenShift.
• Implement AI observability and evaluation using Arize Phoenix and OpenTelemetry.
• Support GitHub-based CI/CD and DevSecOps practices.
