Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, computer engineering, statistics, applied mathematics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML model validation and deployment.
• Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages.
• Strong mathematical background and AI, ML, and deep learning concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience interfacing with customers and stakeholders in technical environments.
• Proficiency with revision control systems (Git) in a team setting.
• Ability to travel up to 10% within the United States for customer engagements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct R&D of novel AI/ML concepts to advance space and missile defense capabilities.
• Lead design, development, and testing of scalable AI/ML prototypes using large-scale datasets.
• Interface with customers to gather mission requirements and present solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, promoting technical excellence.
