Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking a Senior AI Engineer / AI Solutions Architect to partner with business, engineering, and leadership teams to design and deliver production-grade AI solutions. You will act as a technical SME across AI engineering, RAG, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise integrations, establishing governance, standards, and scalable AI capabilities across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience across AI engineering, ML, software engineering, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience designing and deploying production AI solutions.
• Strong Python development skills, APIs, testing, and CI/CD.
• Hands-on with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Hugging Face).
• Experience with Microsoft Azure services (Azure Functions, Container Apps, Azure SQL, Blob Storage).
• Data engineering experience with Databricks, data lakes, and modern cloud data warehouses.
• Understanding of AI governance, responsible AI, security, and compliance.
• Experience integrating AI with enterprise systems and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define and deliver AI-driven solutions.
• Translate business challenges into practical AI architectures and approaches.
• Provide technical guidance to engineering teams as AI capabilities scale.
• Act as SME across AI engineering and emerging AI technologies.
• Contribute to AI training, playbooks, standards, and knowledge sharing.
• Establish AI governance, security, and auditability standards.
• Design AI agents and RAG solutions across enterprise data platforms.
• Develop and support RAG pipelines leveraging Databricks, Azure SQL, and CRM/enterprise applications.
• Provide technical direction for deploying AI apps within Microsoft Azure.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications, APIs, and workflows.
• Establish reliable deployment processes using CI/CD and standardized engineering practices.
• Support productionization, monitoring, and reliability of AI applications.
• Mentor junior AI engineers through code reviews and architecture discussions.
• Develop AI training materials and engineering best practices.
• Help establish 'train-the-trainer' approaches to scale AI knowledge.
