Job summary

AbsenceSoft, a leader in employee experience technology, is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design and optimize AI solutions for the leave management platform. You will build scalable models, automate workflows, and collaborate across teams to embed AI into core product experiences.

The role requires 7+ years in software engineering with 3+ years in AI/ML, strong Python and ML framework skills, MLOps experience, and a commitment to ethical AI.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in AI/ML.
• Expertise in Python and ML frameworks; NLP, predictive modeling, and neural networks.
• Hands-on experience with MLOps tools and cloud AI platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ethical, transparent AI.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for automation and analytics.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to align AI initiatives with goals.
• Research and prototype AI applications in leave management.
• Optimize models for performance, accuracy, scalability.
• Implement MLOps for training, testing, deployment, monitoring.
• Ensure data pipelines are clean, secure, and reliable.
• Ensure ethical AI standards with fairness and bias detection.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and strategic adoption.
• Assist with maintaining security and compliance controls.
