Job summary

FullStack is seeking a Senior AI Engineer (Google ADK + Python) to join our team. You’ll work with leading clients in two modes: team augmentation or design & build within a full-stack product team.

Required: 5+ years in software engineering, strong Python and AI/agent experience, Advanced English, and a four-year degree. Familiarity with Google ADK, Git, and Docker is essential. We offer 100% remote work in the United States and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, building production applications with Python and AI/agent technologies.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Hands-on experience with Google ADK (Agent Development Kit) or similar agent development frameworks.
• Strong professional experience with Python for developing production software and backend services.
• Experience using Git for version control and collaborative software development.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized application development.
• Understanding of modern software development practices, including testing, code quality, and deployment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative engineering environment.
• Interest in AI-driven software development and emerging agentic AI technologies.
• Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
• Forensic attention to detail.
• A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
• Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
• Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
