Qualifications

• 7+ years in software development with 3+ years delivering AI/ML in production.
• Strong Python skills and ML framework experience.
• Hands-on with LLMs and modern AI stacks.
• Cloud experience with major providers (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver end-to-end AI/ML solutions including NLP and automation.
• Develop LLM-powered apps (RAG, agents, copilots, prompts).
• Build production-grade data pipelines from ingest to monitoring.
• Write clean Python code and apply MLOps practices (CI/CD, drift detection).
• Deploy on Azure, AWS, or GCP focusing on performance and security.
• Ensure responsible AI governance and explainability.
