The Hartford is seeking a Senior AI Machine Learning Engineer to design, build, and operate production-grade AI solutions within the Global Specialty Applied AI team. You will drive MLOps adoption, partner with product and platform leads, and advance model deployment across AWS and GCP.

You will mentor peers, deliver critical milestones, and help shape solutions that improve underwriting and decision-making with scalable, monitored AI systems.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in a related field or 5+ years of equivalent experience in ML/DevOps.
• Experience building solutions on AWS and/or GCP with repeatable architectural patterns.
• Experience deploying API services in the Cloud and building CI/CD pipelines.

• Research, experiment with, and implement Generative AI and ML algorithms and tools.
• Deploy and maintain production-grade ML/AI models and MLOps pipelines.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Data, Applied AI, and Cloud Enablement teams on milestones.
