Job summary

Creative Chaos is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design, implement, and optimize AI models and tools that solve complex problems and enhance products. You will work with data scientists and engineers to integrate AI capabilities into existing applications, aligning with company AI strategy.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in AI development, strong Python expertise, and hands-on experience with TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch, plus cloud deployment experience on AWS or Azure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as an AI Engineer or similar role in artificial intelligence development.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Conversational AI, AI data pipelines, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and Agentic AI.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
• Familiarity with data preprocessing and data augmentation techniques.
• Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and design patterns.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) for deploying AI solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Passion for technology and a drive to stay current with industry trends and advancements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms.
• Analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights and improve AI systems.
• Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI functionalities into existing applications.
• Research and implement the latest advancements in AI technologies and methodologies.
