Job summary

Agile Actors is seeking an AI engineer to join our Athens-based teams delivering advanced ML-powered solutions for international clients. You’ll work on the AI development lifecycle, leverage Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and REST APIs, and collaborate across cross-functional groups in a fast-paced environment.

You will thrive with a purpose-driven, adventurous, and agile team, enjoying internal coaching, continuous learning, and a hybrid work model with three days in the office and two days

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as an AI engineer or in a similar role.
• Deep understanding of ML and AI algorithms.
• In-depth knowledge of Python.
• Experience with state-of-the-art ML and AI APIs (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience in the AI development lifecycle (model evaluation, hyperparameter tuning, data preprocessing, feature creation).
• Experience in REST API development, NoSQL database design, and RDBMS design and optimizations, since most of the data is stored in databases.
• Experience with different techniques to convert unstructured data to usable features.
• Experience with frameworks such as MLflow to organize experiments, features, and model versions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced work environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a willingness to collaborate cross-functionally with different teams.
• Experience with team management will be considered a plus.
