Job summary

FullStack is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join our team. You will work with top startups and Fortune 500 clients, embedding into client teams or delivering on a product team to build AI-enabled software using Python and agent technologies.

You will contribute to production-grade systems, CI/CD pipelines, and libraries, while collaborating with world-class engineers in an Agile environment and maintaining a strong ownership mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with Python and AI/agent tech.
• Advanced English proficiency is required.
• Four-year college degree is required.
• Hands-on experience with Google ADK or similar agent development frameworks.
• Experience with Git and Docker for production software.

Responsibilities

• Team augmentation: integrate into the client's team and work with their engineers daily.
• Design & Build: contribute on a FullStack product team to deliver solutions.
• Develop production-ready software and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and stakeholders in an Agile environment.
• Take ownership and contribute to libraries and tooling as needed.

The Position

We're Looking To Hire a Senior AI Engineer (Google ADK + Python) To Join Our Team. You'll Work With Our Incredible Clients In One Of Two Ways

• Team Augmentation: You will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers daily.
• Design & Build: You will work on a FullStack product team to build and deliver a product to our clients.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, building production applications with Python and AI/agent technologies.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Hands-on experience with Google ADK (Agent Development Kit) or similar agent development frameworks.
• Strong professional experience with Python for developing production software and backend services.
• Experience using Git for version control and collaborative software development.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized application development.
• Experience developing and delivering production-ready software solutions.
• Understanding of modern software development practices, including testing, code quality, and deployment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative engineering environment.
• Interest in AI-driven software development and emerging agentic AI technologies.
• Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
• Forensic attention to detail.
• A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
• Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
• Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
• Ability to take extreme ownership over your work. Every day is a challenge to ensure you are performing to the expectations you and your team have agreed upon.

• Cursor, Windsurf, or Google Antigravity.
• Claude Code, Gemini CLI, Codex, or Copilot CLI.
