Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years of AI/ML engineering experience.
• Strong programming skills in Python or Java.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and AI platforms.
• Experience with AWS cloud services and AI/ML tooling.
• Knowledge of API development and cloud-native architectures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in healthcare or regulated environments or CMS environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
• Build scalable AI services and APIs in cloud environments.
• Collaborate with engineering and business teams to identify AI opportunities.
• Develop and optimize machine learning models and pipelines.
• Ensure AI solutions are secure, scalable, and production-ready.
• Support model evaluation, monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on AI best practices.
