Job summary

Flutter Central & Eastern Europe is seeking a senior AI engineer to design, build, and scale AI-driven applications across front-end and back-end. You will integrate GenAI and Voice AI features, develop agentic AI architectures, and implement RAG pipelines with robust LLMOps practices.

The role involves cross-team collaboration across regions (UK, EU, USA, AU) and mentoring junior engineers in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in machine learning, NLP or applied AI.
• Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.) and vector DBs.
• Strong python and back-end API/microservice experience.
• Familiar with LLMOps, versioning, evaluation, observability, CI/CD.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and Voice AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain AI-driven apps and services across front-end and back-end.
• Integrate GenAI and Voice AI features into products.
• Develop agentic AI architectures and A2A interactions.
• Build RAG pipelines and fine-tune foundation models.
• Establish robust LLMOps practices including CI/CD for AI.
• Collaborate cross-regionally and mentor junior engineers.
