Job summary

Wipro Limited in the United States is seeking a Senior AI Developer to lead AI-focused workflows across the SDLC, building intelligent systems that impact millions of people’s retirement security.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating GenAI tools into SDLC tasks (coding, testing, reviews, automation).
• Ability to own AI-assisted development tasks ensuring correctness and quality.
• Familiarity with IDE/CLI workflows using Copilot and Claude Code.
• Knowledge of agentic workflows and prompt engineering for team practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop large-scale software using Java, Spring, cloud services and high-volume transactions.
• Deploy AI/ML models in production environments.
• Work with containers and microservices in cloud environments.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment practices.
• Experience with PCF, AWS or GCP; databases like MongoDB, Aerospike, PostgreSQL.
• Assist in modernization of legacy systems to distributed platforms.
• Leverage Large Language Models for practical solutions.
• Communicate effectively with engineers and stakeholders.
