Job summary

Blue Matter, a rapidly growing management consultancy, seeks an AI Engineer/Senior AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions for life sciences. You will advance Twine and lead AI initiatives across client engagements, integrating APIs and developing internal tools.

Ideal candidates have hands-on AI/ML experience, strong Python skills, and a track record with cloud platforms and production-grade APIs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building AI/ML apps with LLMs, Generative AI, and NLP.
• Strong Python proficiency and AI/ML libraries.
• Experience integrating AI APIs into production-grade apps.
• Experience building internal tools and client-facing apps.
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) experience.
• Proficient in API development and version control.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, and AI agents.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions and Generative AI apps for life sciences data.
• Integrate third-party AI APIs into client-facing apps.
• Build POCs and rapid prototypes to demonstrate AI value for launch analytics and drug discovery.
• Develop internal tools to automate workflows and boost productivity using AI.
• Create client-facing tools that deliver insights with dashboards and recommendations.
• Collaborate with onshore/offshore teams to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Design data pipelines and ETL for model training and inference.
