Qualifications

• At least 10+ years in software or machine learning engineering.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in software/machine learning engineering.
• 3+ years in a technical leadership role focusing on scalable systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design of new AI-native products and platforms.
• Drive implementation of advanced AI systems with frontier models.
• Lead rapid validation sprints for proof-of-concepts.
• Engineer MLOps infrastructure for enterprise-grade services.
• Research and validate novel AI use cases and frameworks.
