Nimble Gravity seeks an exceptional Sr AI Engineer to join our Data & AI practice and help build the next generation of AI-powered solutions. You will work across industries on edge-of-possible AI systems, from LLMs to intelligent automation.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in AI, ML, data science, or AI engineering with production-scale solutions.
• Deep interest and practical experience with Generative AI including LLMs and RAG.
• Strong Python skills and modern ML/AI frameworks/libraries.
• Experience on cloud or data platforms such as Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks.
• Solid foundation in data science, experimentation, statistical thinking.
• Ability to work with structured and unstructured data (text, images, documents, etc.).
• Builder mindset: curious, hands-on, adaptable, eager to work with emerging tech.
• Strong communication and collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy advanced AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, and agents.
• Develop intelligent systems that process documents, retrieve knowledge, generate content, and automate workflows.
• Work with GenAI and AI engineering tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, Hugging Face, PyTorch, MCP, multi-agent frameworks, and cloud services.
• Build scalable AI applications across Azure, AWS, Databricks, or similar platforms.
• Experiment with foundation models, prompts, retrieval strategies, orchestration patterns, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, data, and business teams to define technical approaches and deliver high-impact AI solutions.
• Stay plugged into GenAI ecosystem and bring new ideas and prototypes into real-world apps.
