Brellium in New York, NY is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to own the intelligence engine powering Brellium. You will design LLM pipelines, optimize for latency and cost, and collaborate with backend and product teams to deliver production-grade AI capabilities in a high-stakes clinical domain.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years of software engineering, hands-on experience with LLMs in production, and deep knowledge of prompt design and RAG.

Most providers lack the time, staffing, and tools to mitigate these issues - so they go unnoticed, impacting care quality and increasing clinical and financial risk. We're hiring a Senior AI Engineer to own and evolve the intelligence engine powering Brellium. This role goes well beyond toy demos — it requires deep fluency in prompt design, evaluation frameworks, agentic systems, structured extraction, tool use, retrieval pipelines, and performance tradeoffs. The work is core: transforming raw session data into clinically structured outputs, with a constant focus on improving accuracy, latency, reliability, and cost efficiency at scale.
Compensation: $230,000 – $300,000
