Qualifications

• 8–15 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong Python programming skills and hands‑on experience with Django and Flask.
• Experience building frontend applications with React and JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Strong PostgreSQL and SQL skills, including database design, indexing, and query optimization.
• Practical experience integrating AI services or developing AI agents.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and integrating third‑party services.
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, testing, and secure development practices.Ability to own features from technical design through production support.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to explain technical decisions.
• Must be physically located in the United States and authorized to work without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Python applications and backend services using Django and Flask.
• Develop responsive React interfaces and connect them to backend APIs.
• Design PostgreSQL schemas, manage migrations, and improve query performance.
• Integrate AI models and services into application features and business workflows.
• Build or extend AI agents that use tools, external APIs, and application data.
• Improve application reliability, security, performance, and error handling.
