Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience in production tools or content pipelines.
• 2+ years of technical leadership, guiding architecture and mentoring engineers.
• Strong Python skills and API design, automated testing, debugging, and maintainable code.

Responsibilities

• Own tools and pipeline systems from workflow discovery and architecture through implementation, rollout, maintenance.
• Build multi-step AI workflows that coordinate models, tools, APIs, and services with context management, state tracking, validation, retries, and failure recovery.
• Develop DCC integrations, plugins, panels, desktop applications, and services for artists and technical artists.
• Design software architecture, APIs, and data contracts that support maintainability, performance, and integration across production systems.
