Qualifications
- 7+ years of software development experience.
- 3+ years building production apps with React and/or Angular.
- 3+ years backend development with Node.js.
- 2+ years leading projects or technical workstreams.
- Experience using AI coding tools in production workflows.
- Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into production systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple concurrent projects and own technical direction.
- Architect and guide AI-assisted development practices.
- Mentor engineers on AI-assisted development and delivery discipline.
- Design full-stack solutions using React/Angular/Node.js.
- Ensure quality with AI-generated code reviews and testing.
