Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading complex IT solutions for federal health programs.
• Experience with AI-enabled development or AI/ML initiatives, including LLM or copilot tools into engineering teams.
• Experience in solution architecture for cloud-based, data-intensive systems with DevSecOps and data platforms.
• Experience with healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR/HL7) in CMS contexts.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree.
