Job summary

Voltai is hiring for a backend/infra-focused engineer to deliver our AI platform across leading semiconductor and consumer electronics customers. You will own customer deployments across the SF Bay Area and NYC, port features from cloud to on-prem environments, and manage cloud deployments on AWS, Azure, GCP, and OpenShift.

You should be eager to learn hardware development at a high level, collaborate with field teams, and design robust, scalable systems while maintaining reliable operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in backend engineering, full-stack development, or infrastructure/DevOps.
• Familiarity with agent development and RAG.
• Strong systems design and debugging instincts.

Responsibilities

• Own customer deployments at offices across SF Bay Area and NYC.
• Port features from cloud product to on-prem environments in locked-down infra.
• Manage cloud deployments across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OpenShift: stand up, health checks, debugging.
• Learn about hardware design and connect with hardware development at a high level.
