Dynamism in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Software Engineer to own deployment infrastructure for partner environments and evaluative data pipelines. You will design software layers beneath deployments, delivering repeatable, reliable infrastructure at scale.

You will lead multi-disciplinary work with frontier model teams, research and data professionals, and customers, balancing speed with precision and rigorous engineering standards.

Qualifications

• Experience designing deployment architectures and reusable patterns.

Responsibilities

• Architect deployment services, integrations, and evaluation tooling.
• Lead the most complex partner deployments from discovery to reliable delivery.
• Ensure reliability, performance, and observability at scale during training/evaluation.
• Define technical standards and reusable patterns for deployment engineers.
• Handle escalations where correctness and turnaround time matter.
• Collaborate with frontier model researchers and demanding customers.
• Build deployment, data, or research infrastructure under rapidly changing requirements.
