Dexian seeks a Senior AI Engineer in Miami to drive end-to-end AI-driven software delivery. You will lead AI agents to create APIs, implement IaC, and optimize CI/CD pipelines across platforms.

The role requires deep software engineering, architectural judgment, and collaboration with architecture, QA, SRE, and product teams. The candidate should have 10+ years in software engineering, strong C#/.NET and frontend experience, and hands-on experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, and observability

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/engineering; master's preferred.
• 10+ years in software engineering including design and support.
• 7+ years with C#/.NET and backend tech; 5+ years frontend (React or similar).

• Lead AI agents to generate backend APIs and client apps per specs.
• Direct AI to create infra as code, CI/CD pipelines, tests, observability.
• Evaluate AI outputs for errors, architecture, and operability.
• Define validation methods and automated tests for quality.
• Translate complex requirements into precise constraints and validation.
• Develop scalable, observable solutions for AI-driven delivery.
• Collaborate with architecture, QA, SRE, and product teams.
