Morpehus Talent Solutions seeks a senior AI & data advisor to lead AI initiatives for top clients. You’ll engage with the C-suite to shape AI strategy, architect solutions, and own outcomes.

The role demands deep expertise in AI/ML, data platforms, and cross-functional transformation leadership. The successful candidate will develop industry-specific POVs, drive demand, and manage a multi‑million dollar portfolio from solutioning through delivery, building value across AI, data, and analytics

Qualifications

• 10+ years in AI/ML, data and analytics consulting with leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading teams of 15+.
• Executive-level communication with VPs/SVPs/C-suite.
• Proven revenue generation from ideas, POVs, offerings (>$10M portfolios).
• Experience selling POVs and offerings that led to revenue.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior AI & data advisor to executives - GenAI, ML, data platforms, and operating-model changes.
• Build compelling, industry-specific POVs that create demand and open new opportunities.
• Own and grow a multimillion-dollar engagement portfolio ($20M+), from solutioning through delivery.
• Architect complex, cross-functional transformations - cloud-native data platforms, ML Ops / Data Ops, BI strategy, GenAI strategy.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and manage margins, utilization, bill rate, and client experience.
