Job summary

Strive Solutions seeks a Senior AI Scientist in Tempe to design, build, and deploy advanced AI/ML solutions for investment advice, risk modeling, and client personalization across finance platforms.

You will lead end-to-end model development, develop scalable pipelines, and apply NLP/deep learning techniques to financial data while ensuring governance and compliance. Mentorship of junior scientists is expected in a collaborative setting.
