Speechify Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer - AI Data to join its AI team and build data pipelines powering model training and future AI products. You will create high-quality datasets at scale, combining engineering, infrastructure, and research to improve efficiency and cost.

You will collaborate with AI scientists, own projects end-to-end, and work in a distributed environment with strong autonomy and impact on learning solutions for millions of users.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong backend fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Python and Bash in Linux environments.
• Experience building and operating production systems, especially data pipelines or large-scale data processing.

Responsabilidades

• Discover new audio data sources and build reliable pipelines for training datasets.
• Develop and improve large-scale data-processing systems for quality, throughput and cost.
• Collaborate with AI Scientists to enhance training data and support next-generation models.
• Own engineering projects from discovery through implementation and ongoing improvement.
