This individual will combine strong hands-on data engineering skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and translate complex business needs into practical technical solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Databricks, Python, SQL, GitHub Enterprise, and Databricks Asset Bundles, along with an interest in leveraging AI and emerging technologies to improve business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet directly with customers and business stakeholders to understand their challenges, requirements, and objectives.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions and actionable development plans.
• Develop project mockups, prototypes, and proofs of concept (POCs) in an Agile environment.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and data-driven technologies to improve business processes and outcomes.
• Design, develop, and support solutions using Databricks, Python, and SQL.
• Utilize GitHub Enterprise and Databricks Asset Bundles to support development, version control, deployment, and release workflows.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to gather feedback and refine solutions.
• Clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support the evaluation, adoption, and implementation of new technologies and solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Databricks.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
