Job summary

The role emphasizes production impact, reliability, and scalability, with no travel required. Hybrid work is available in Exton, PA and Philadelphia area.

Qualifications

• Strong software development background with ownership of production systems.
• Experience applying AI, machine learning, or automation to real-world problems.
• Experience designing pipelines and developer tooling for large-scale systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-driven transformation pipelines for large-scale legacy codebases.
• Develop agentic AI workflows for code understanding, refactoring, and modernization.
• Modernize desktop, simulation, and engineering apps into cloud-native services.
• Create automated tooling and testing strategies to ensure correctness of transformed code.
• Collaborate with architects and product leaders to identify modernization opportunities.
