Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation in the United States (California) seeks a Senior Software Engineer for its DGX Cloud Team to advance AI infrastructure services, resilience, and scalable workflows. You will design and optimize backend systems powering AI research and training at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years backend development experience in Python/Go/C/C++ or similar high-performance languages.
• Experience building and scaling large-scale distributed systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, and Slurm.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize AI infrastructure services for peak performance and resiliency.
• Design, develop, and optimize micro-services orchestrated by Kubernetes for large-scale AI training workflows.
• Co-design APIs to integrate with NVIDIA resiliency stacks across telemetry, break/fix, checkpoint and execution systems.
• Create submission abstractions for long-running training jobs with auto-restarts and failure handling.
• Ensure modular services can deploy onto on-premises AI clusters with NVIDIA hardware and cloud services.
