Boston Consulting Group is seeking a senior IT Architecture professional to lead solution design, technology transformation, and collaboration with client teams across the US. You will drive architecture strategy, data and cloud modernization, and shape multi-disciplinary programs for performance and value.

The role requires 6+ years in technology consulting or software engineering with 3+ years in architecture, strong communication, and willingness to travel to client sites.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration, computer science, information systems, or system controls & engineering (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 6+ years of technology consulting or software engineering with more than 3+ years in architecture.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to influence clients and teams.
• Ability to explain complex technology topics to senior executives.
• Extensive technical knowledge across cloud, data, integration, DevOps, and GenAI topics.

Responsabilidades

• Designing solution, application, and data architecture.
• Developing feasibility studies, technical concepts, executing technical proofs of concept, and scaling software solutions.
• Performing technology assessments and implementing IT architectures.
• Analyzing complex IT landscapes and optimizing IT architecture.
• Reviewing technical architecture and code.
• Designing work packages/modules in IT implementation projects.
• Evaluating products and solutions across ERP, HR systems, and Data Analytics.
• Assessing QA for IT implementations.
• Crafting compelling narratives for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Delivering presentations, leading modules, and building client consensus.
• Mentoring teams and sharing knowledge to drive success.
• Facilitating client and internal workshops.
